"READ THIS!!!! I had great insurance to begin with (other reputable agency) or so I thought.. keep reading!! However Jackson( now my agent ) at State Farm didn’t push the sale on me, he genuinely just talked to me after I told him who I was insured with and why I didn’t need his help until… he looked up my policy and realized that my second car wasn’t on the policy!!! Yet the premium had went up so I was driving my second vehicle illegally!! This got me thinking about how little the other people cared and how much Jackson and State Farm do.
